Registration Information

If your Ortivus software is under Warranty or is covered under a valid Support Maintenance Agreement (SMA) at the time of the event, you are entitled to one free pass and a reimbursement of expenses up to $500 for one person at your agency. The cost for any additional users from the same service is $800. 

If your Ortivus software is not under warranty nor SMA, the cost to attend is $800 per person.

Register before the early-bird deadline of August 15, 2008, and receive a $50 discount per person. In addition, if three or more people register from the same service, each registratant is entitled to our corporate discount of $25. Separate registrations are required for each attendee.

The registration fee includes continental breakfast, afternoon snack, hot/cold beverages and lunch. All travel expenses including hotel and airfare are the responsibility of the customer.
