Beginner Boot Camp: Camp Kathy

Ortivus North America Support Services will soon be
introducing a new class to provide a fun learning format for new
Sweet-Billing users. “Beginner Boot Camp: Camp Kathy” will feature various
data entry and hands-on exercises for billing users that have a very basic
understanding of Sweet-Billing. Participants will
become more familiar with: logging in, through the program, critical codes
vs. basic codes, data entry (one call and one patient), the help system, hot
keys, and how to expedite their call when calling for technical support.
