Addition and Changes in Sales

Ortivus is excited to announce an addition to its inside sales team - Michele Duwe (to be featured in an upcoming Employee Spotlight article). Michele will cover the Southeast region for the Sweet-Billing and Sweet-Field Data products. The states covered in this region include: Kansas, Oklahoma, Missouri, Arkansas, Louisiana, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Tennessee, Mississippi, Alabama, Florida, Georgia, South Carolina and North Carolina. If you fall into the cross-section of these areas, then you will most likely be hearing from Michele very soon. Welcome Michele!

The other two members of the inside sales team for the Sweet-Billing and Sweet-Field Data applications include Nicole Thompson, who has been covering the Western states* for four years, and Karla Hageman, who has been with Ortivus for 12 years and has been covering the Northeast states** for a good portion of that time. Karla also operates as the Sales Manager for Ortivus.

Ross Hadley, who has served in the Southeast region for the Sweet-Billing and Sweet-Field Data products for four years, has now moved into Sweet-CAD sales for the United States. Ross’ understanding of the billing and field data applications within the Sweet product lineup will also benefit his Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) customers in his understanding of how the integrated line of Sweet applications work together.

Pam Matt oversees the entire sales staff as she continues to serve as Vice President of Sales. Pam has been with the company for 10 years. "We are excited about the recent additions and changes we have made with the sales team. The growth within our group will reinforce the excellence and service that our customers and clients have come to expect from the experience of working with Ortivus," said Pam.

*The Western region includes: Texas, New Mexico, Arizona, California, Nevada, Utah, Colorado, Nebraska, South Dakota, North Dakota, Minnesota, Wyoming, Montana, Idaho, Oregon, Washington.

**The Northeast region includes: Wisconsin, Iowa, Michigan, Ohio, Pennsylvania, West Virginia, Virginia, Maryland, Rhode Island, New Jersey, New York, Massachusetts, Connecticut, Vermont, New Hampshire and Maine.
