Q: How often should I run a system integrity utility on my database?

Frauenkron(middle row, 4th from L) - This should be done on a monthly basis, preferably, after the morning backup has run. You will need to make sure that everyone is logged out of Sweet-Billing. Go to utilities>>system integrity (you may need to be logged in as "Supr" to have that option available). On the parameters tab, make sure that the configuration is set to "correct errors as they are encountered", then click on the "All" button. That will check the database integrity and all of the items checked; then you will need to go to "Misc. Utilities" tab where you will see "Utilities" - click on the magnifying glass and pull all of the codes to the right. Then you are ready to click the "run" button; depending on the size of your database, this can be a lengthy process.

Q: How do I tell if my ECM/Forms are up to date?

the form code>>"information" tab, make note of the file name attached to the form code. Click on the "lookup" button to find the corresponding file name; there is a column called "version", this is the version of your ECM/Form.  Go to www.ortivusna.com and log into the Support section. Go to the "Ortivus North America Version Releases" option. In the "ECM / FORM / RUNSHEET / STATEMENT Update File" section, you will see the following message. 1) CHECK HERE TO SEE IF ANY UPDATES ARE AVAILABLE FOR YOUR STATE BEFORE DOWNLOADING THIS UPDATE FILE, AND 2) ENSURE THAT YOU HAVE UPDATED YOUR SWEET PROGRAM TO VERSION 5.0 (SEE ABOVE) PRIOR TO DOWNLOADING THIS UPDATE FILE. Once you click in that area, you may search for your file name that was attached to your form code and see what has been changed. If your ECM/Form is not the same date as the spreadsheet, then you need to download the update from our website.
