2005 User Groups Announced

The 2005 Sweet Software User Group Schedule has just been announced with some exciting additions that Ortivus North America customers won't want to miss. The largest of the 2005 User Groups will take place in Chicago on June 22, 23 and 24. The other two locations and dates are: San Francisco on April 4 - 6, and Atlanta on November 2 - 4. Doug Wolfberg, with Page, Wolfberg and Wirth EMS law firm, will present on April 4th at the San Francisco user group. Steve Berry, EMS cartoon illustrator, monthly humor column contributor for JEMS magazine and paramedic, will present on June 22nd at the Chicago user group. Both keynote speakers will spend the the full day providing informative and entertaining information that customers will enjoy.

The Chicago User Group will offer some special sessions and include networking opportunities with additional Ortivus North American departments and staff. All three user groups will offer hands-on learning opportunities that will include the valuable courses that have been offered in past years, plus several new sessions. Some of the new sessions that will be offered in Chicago include:
    
Preventing Technical Headaches: Managing your database, scheduled backups,
     best practices in upgrading your server hardware, connecting remote users, how to
     keep your SQL environment running at it’s peak.

    
Field Data Collection Memoir’s from Trainers and Users: Outline of the
     major components of Sweet-Field Data
 collections, including call entry and reporting
     abilities. Preview of new features to be released. Round table discussion with other
     users - allowing opportunities for questions and suggestions.

     Carl’s Cliff Notes On Awesome Reports: Snap shot of what you can create with
     Report Generator/Custom Report Module. Come chat with Carl about your reports –
     bring your questions and suggestions for this discussion.
    
Where’s Technology Heading In Respect To EMS?: How we see software
     technology evolving, the latest trends in computing and software and how this will affect
     the Sweet-Billing
 Product Suite in the future.
     Dispatch Discussion…Tools, Tips and Troubleshooting: In-depth look at the
     major features, training methods for Sweet-CAD
, standard reports available, where to
     start and how to compile the vast amounts of data collected, troubleshoots dispatch
     issues. Open discussion.
     Where’s The Money?...Electronic Claims: Are you getting your monies worth?
     Generating claims, re-billing, electronic remittance advice.
     Management’s Favorite Time-Saving Tools: receivables/collections – QA – advanced 
     schedules – integration of programs – what did your staff do today?

Some of the above sessions will also be offered in San Francisco and Atlanta. In addition to these new courses, there are many sessions offered to users new to the Sweet software programs, as well as advanced users. Becoming more proficient with the Sweet software will help customers become more efficient, identify additional revenue and learn techniques to meet individual needs.
