The 2005 Sweet Software User Group Schedule
has just been announced with some exciting additions that Ortivus North
America customers won't want to miss. The largest of the 2005 User Groups
will take place in Chicago on June 22, 23 and 24. The other two locations
and dates are: San Francisco on April 4 - 6, and Atlanta on November 2 - 4.
Doug Wolfberg, with Page, Wolfberg and Wirth EMS law firm, will present on
April 4th at the San Francisco user group. Steve Berry, EMS cartoon
illustrator, monthly humor column contributor for JEMS magazine and
paramedic, will present on June 22nd at the Chicago user group. Both keynote speakers will spend the
the full day providing informative and entertaining information that
customers will enjoy.
The Chicago User Group will offer some
special sessions and include networking opportunities with additional
Ortivus North American departments and staff. All three user groups will
offer hands-on learning opportunities that will include the valuable courses
that have been offered in past years, plus several new sessions. Some of the
new sessions that will be offered in Chicago include:
Preventing Technical Headaches:
Managing your database, scheduled backups,
best practices in upgrading your server hardware,
connecting remote users, how to
keep your SQL environment running at it’s peak.
Field Data Collection Memoir’s from Trainers and Users:

abilities. Preview of new features to be released.
Round table discussion with other
users - allowing opportunities for questions and
suggestions.

Some of the above sessions will also be offered in San
Francisco and Atlanta. In addition to these new courses, there are many
sessions offered to users new to the Sweet software programs, as well as
advanced users. Becoming more proficient with the Sweet software will help
customers become more efficient, identify additional revenue and learn
techniques to meet individual needs.
