Fee Schedule Update Applied by Industry Service Packs Dated 8/22/08 and Later
Customers who have applied an Industry Service Pack dated 8/22/2008 or later have automatically received an updated configuration for Fee Schedule settings to incorporate the temporary increase approved by Congress in July.
No manual setup is required for implementation of the new fee schedule rates. We have engineered the complete setup of the new rates in the ISP, and plan to utilize this mechanism for future fee schedule rate changes including the annual inflation factor update.
If you do not have an ISP installed dated 8/22/2008 or later, we encourage you to do so at your earliest convenience.
While you are checking the status of your ISP – it is a good time to check the software version that you are on.
Update to Version 5.3.2
Customers who have not downloaded and installed Sweet-Billing/Sweet-Field Data version 5.3.2 should make plans to do so soon. This version was released on www.ortivusna.com in March, and many customers have already updated to this latest version.
In the time since the March release, we have continued to provide the Industry Service Pack for version 5.2.1 to allow customers to update to version 5.3.2 at their convenience.Â
The version 5.2.1 Industry Service Pack will be discontinued on September 19, 2008. Customers remaining on version 5.2.1 after that date will be unable to download a compatible service pack for updates to Electronic Claims Modules or Forms until they update to version 5.3.2. To review the release notes for Sweet-Billing/Sweet-Field Data version 5.3.2 and to download the update, visit the Download Center at www.ortivusna.com.
