2007 Year in Review

As most people are coming to a close of their personal 2007 calendar year, most organizations are well into 2008 with plans and budgets. Ortivus is no exception. However, prior to moving into 2008, it's nice to look back at the accomplishments of 2007.

Ortivus had a good overall year with Ortivus winning several major business contracts, including the first major prestigious pre-hospital order in Spain. The version 5.3 Sweet release brought many new tools to the EMS billing and patient collection market to manage the new NEMSIS requirements being implemented at the state level. The 5.3.1 version release built on the new NEMSIS compliant platform and brought us the next evolution of Sweet-Field Data.

Many efforts at continual customer service also took place, including partnering with Page, Wolfberg and Wirth to bring key EMS industry knowledge to the market in a convenient and affordable means (via webinars). Offering other conveniences such as a new website design, additional customer feedback tools and further stringent software testing also attests to Ortivus' continual efforts at excellence in customer service.

2008 is projected to bring even more customer excitement and satisfaction to the market. New products will be launched, additional customer service tools will be put in place and new product features will be released. Look for future announcements on these events and more coming in 2008.
