Sweet-Billing and Sweet-Field Data now meet Alabama ADPH Reporting Requirements
Ortivus is pleased to announce that Sweet-Billing and Sweet-Field Data customers can now meet Alabama Department of Public Health (ADPH) reporting requirements with the new Alabama Run Sheet 2007 module. Alabama licensed providers are required to be in compliance with the ADPH electronic reporting requirements by January 1, 2008.
The Alabama Run Sheet 2007 module allows users of Sweet-Billing and Sweet-Field Data to export call data in a NEMSIS compatible file that meets the additional validation requirements defined by ADPH. The Alabama Run Sheet 2007 module avoids duplication of data entry into both the state provided software and Sweet-Billing by allowing all the data entry to occur in a single application.
The Alabama Run Sheet 2007 doesn't simply export the data in a NEMSIS compatible format. The module checks over 150 validation rules defined by ADPH when the data is exported. This prevents incomplete or inconsistent data from being submitted to the state data system providing better quality data to benefit the EMS Industry.
