CMS has announced 2007 Ambulance Inflation Factor - 4.3%
The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) has announced the 2007 Ambulance Inflation Factor (AIF) to be 4.3 percent. It is expected to be published in the Federal Register on December 1, 2006. The new AIF will apply to transports with dates of service between January 1, 2007 and December 31, 2007.
