U.S. Military Facility In Europe To Use Ortivus Products
A large contractor in the public safety industry awarded Ortivus North America a contract totaling $384 600 US for the deployment of public safety products at a U.S. military facility in Europe.
The products include a computer-aided dispatch system (AVeL-CAD), an automatic vehicle location system (AVeL-BASE), and a vehicular application (AVeL-MobiCAD). The installation is scheduled for 2006.
By combining the enabling technologies of GPS and wireless data communications, Ortivus supplies products to public safety agencies that minimize response times and optimize mission-critical operations.
