The north american division of Ortivus operates out of two locations (Decorah, IA, and Montreal, QC) in a team-oriented environment with leadership provided by three officers and six team leaders.

Part-time Support TechnicianThe Support Services Department at Ortivus, Inc., is seeking a highly motivated and organized person with a positive outlook to assist with technical support, education and technical writing. This will involve working with customers on a daily basis and working with several interactive training tools. Candidate must possess excellent communication skills and customer service skills while being able to multi-task. The successful candidate will have knowledge of Windows 2000, Windows XP, Vista, and Microsoft Office products.
